Art Basel is reputed to be one of the most prestigious art fairs in the world. Each year, it is organised in four locations - Basel, Hong Kong, Paris and Miami Beach.

Some of the most famous examples are arguably the biennale of Venice, Documenta in Kassel, and the Whitney Biennial. And last but not least, we have the art fair exhibitions. In this case, the show takes place at a booth during an art fair.

The distinguishing characteristic of these experiential art installations is that they present visitors with a multisensory, designed environment. Along with its visual components, an immersive art display may incorporate a mix of sounds, textures, vibrations, or even scents.

An exhibition is a public event at which pictures, sculptures, or other objects of interest are displayed, for example at a museum or art gallery.
