International flights: Customers can go directly to a dedicated Online Check-in counter at least 90 minutes before their flight. If not available at their airport, they should go to the check-in desk.

Download your boarding pass and secure your seat from 24 hours before your flight departure up until 2 hours before departure. Airport check-in is located on the departures level 2 and is open from 4.30am daily.

If you're travelling on one of our A330 aircraft, you'll experience next-generation seats with international seat pitch, ergonomic cushioning and multi directional headrests. In both seats, a soft blanket and cotton pillow will ensure a more comfortable flight.
