Videos uploaded to your Vimeo account can be modified in editor, regardless of whether or not it was originally made with the editor (time limitations based on account type apply). When opened in editor, videos not originally made with the editor will generate as a single scene. You can use the split and trim tools.

If your video contains audio with spoken English, you can use the text-based editing feature with the trimmer tool to edit your video. Here, you can remove filler words such as ums and uhs, word gaps with no sound, and any other selection of individual words or longer sections of footage containing speech.

Select your video from your Library. On the video settings page, select the Edit icon on the left of the video represented by a pair of scissors. Your video will open in the editor.
